I've just set up Email Guardian for my Gmail account, which is usually accessed from one of my two laptops using eM Client. After setting it up using my main laptop, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have to do anything on the backup laptop, but that has raised a question in my mind - how would I set this up on a family member's computer who would obviously be using a different e-mail account than the one associated with my Avast account? Would I for instance, just not link their Avast software to my Avast account and simply activate it by putting in the licence code into the app? When using Gmail, I note that Email Guardian adds a tag at the top of the e-mail, which is a nice touch. I wonder if it does anything like that with other e-mail services?
One other question, this time relating to e-mail scanning - is it possible to switch off the Avast footer that is attached to scanned e-mails and if so, how?
