Avast blocking Visual Studio Code
« on: February 17, 2024, 04:56:55 PM »
Hello,

I am coding in Visual Studio Code, usually in Flutter/C++. I am fighting with Avast for years in blocking execution of my programs. I have tried adding exeptions to files, then whole folders but it is become progressively harder and harder to make work. The Avast does not even prompt me now when it stops some execution but straight up blocks it so I do not even know that Avast is resposible and not a fault in my program.

Does anybody has similiar issues? How do you solve this? Exepctions or Allowing apps do not work for me anymore and I have tu turn off the Avast shields everytime. To be honest, I am thinking of switching.
