Hi,

Can you provide a screenshot of the message and a support file ID(https://support.avast.com/article/Submit-support-file
), please?

Hi xeneize,

Bypass IO is supported but not manifested properly (will be fixed in next release). To manifest the support for Bypass IO manually:

  • Disable self defense in troubleshooting settings
  • Execute regedit.exe
  • Create registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\aswArDisk\Parameters".
  • In the newly created key, create new value (DWORD 32) named "StorageSupportedFeatures", set this value to "1"
  • Enable self defense
  • Reboot PC

Thank you

Thanks, that worked.
