...whenever I open a new browser tab (Windows 10), that the connection has been aborted due to

Threat name : Script:SNH-gen [Trj]
Threat type : Trojan

Process : C:\Program Files (x86)\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\brave.exe

I've run smartscan, and it finds nothing. What to do?
