Malwarebytes shields and crossover with avast shields
« on: August 01, 2022, 11:05:38 PM »
Basic/quick question.
For example mbam has ransomware/exploit and web protection yet so does avast, would it be overkill to keep both active (there aren't any conflicts as far as I can tell), should I just keep mbam's exploit and ransomware shield active but turn off avasts?
Again the only shields in question are exploit/ransomware, not the rest. thx

I think you are seeing conflict with MBAM as I have mentioned in your other topic.

Just going to MBAMs site indicates the need to have MBAM excluded in Avast.  It doesn't mention doing the same in MBAM for Avast (but you should).
