Subscription problem

Hello,

 I would like to cancel my avast subscription,
but I am not sure if auto-renew is turned off because on subscriptions.avast.com it shows that it will renew at 16 August 2022

Hello
I need some help. We had a subscription that was due in September 2022,. but in June we got an emails to update our subscription which we did.
Now Avast keep trying to take off funds for the subscription that was due in September.
How can I resolve this, its really becoming a problem.

Hi,

1. Please log into your Avast account. https://subscriptions.avast.com/
2. Locate the "PAYMENT FAILED" subscription
3. Click on "Unsubscribe"

What subscriptions do you have  ?

Are they under the same email address of your Avast Account  ?

Were they purchased through Avast  ?
