Possibly Also Android False Positive (Screenshot), Or Not

Hi! Already checked the other threads but didn't see this particular thing.  (See screenshot).

I clicked "Resolve" then it takes me to App Info where my only 2 choices are Disable (which is grayed out and I can't click it) or Force Stop.

Not sure what to do next, or if it's a false positive. Help or advice appreciated. 

Edit: I've looked for it among all the apps in System Settings and this particular app "Carrier Provision Services" is not there
