Sensitive Data Shield - more monitored file extensions added

So has ransomware protection (ransomware shield) been improved / enhanced?
Thank you and good day!

Webcam Shield with 22.8.6029 is still blocking features like the IR camera needed for Windows Hello on supported webcams. This issue started with 22.7 and HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.
