I made Avast my default browser, but had to come back from that. I watch a number of newscasts such as CBS, CTV, NOS (Dutch)
and none of them open the video stream when I am actually on their sites. I do not have any such problem when using Opera, Brave, Safari, Vivaldi. I have disabled the ad blocker and accept their cookies. Looks like I will have to ditch Avast.
