Otrdnance Survey Maps

I have the software download from the UK Ordnance Survey mapping system and I cannot log in. I am advised that something is stopping it opening and the suggestion is that it is my VPN but I have switched it off with no success.  Surely other users have this issue and can help me.. This has only recently occurred as previously it worked fine.  Any suggestions please?

Hi,

Can you provide a screenshot of the UK Ordnance Survey mapping system application and error message?

If it is not the VPN, try disabling the shields in Avast Antivirus and see if that helps (Right-click on the Avast Antivirus icon in the system tray > click on Avast Shields Control > select an option)
