Avast Secure Browser: Windows 7 it has an auto-loading problem

When I start my Windows 7 laptop the Avast Secure Browser is auto-starting even though I have the "On startup" setting set for it not to.  I tried turning it on and back off and rebooted my machine.  It still auto-starts.  I discovered that msconfig.exe was showing in the "Startup" tab had the Avast Secure Browser in it.  I didn't put it there so the install must have done it.  I think this is a bug that someone needs to address.

could you please provide us with the diagnostic information (Settings icon at the top-right > Help and About Avast Secure Browser > About Avast Secure Browser > Diagnostic Information) so we can understand the scope of the issue ?
