We have a client that is unable to access our site and apply for a grant. I have checked google and a bunch of other site checkers and we are fine. How can I get imec.org on the safe list and/or removed from the block list universally?

Bob you might want to edit your post, Avast doesn't detect that site, so more like a spammer at work.

Otto.js says no tracking scripts, no malware, no weak security on this website being detected.

On HTTP Security, found issues with no secure setting on cache-control, no CSP (content security policy) set, no best STS policy adopted, no secure attribute on PHP sessid - for cookie security, while host-only attribute however was rightly being implemented.
