Boot-Scan Issue
« on: September 05, 2022, 07:50:59 PM »
I’ve been having issues with the Boot-Time Scan. Whenever I try to run one, either my computer starts up normally and skips over the scan, or it freezes on a blank screen with the Avast Logo in the corner.

It was not doing this before, and this all started when I had a Boot-Scan ready but also allowed a Windows 10 Update to restart my computer.

I’ve already tried using the Repair App option, and have updated the program to the newest update since this started.

If Repair doesn't fix the problem, try the following:
If your Avast settings are not the default settings and you want them restored after the Clean Install, follow this before removing Avast.
