Yahoo Mail Webpage crashing
« on: September 14, 2022, 12:50:56 PM »
Dear Avast,

My Avast Browser is Version 105.0.18318.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) recently updated, I am constantly having problem when I access my yahoo mail, the browser itself closes down and After some time it will start working again. Other times when I am downloading an attachement, as soon as the attachment is downloaded either the tab closes by itself or the broswer closes by itself.

Please Help.

Dear Anishraj,

thank you for your feedback. Could you please try to clear cache and after that access your Ymail? Please also attach diagnostic information from Avast Secure Browser.

Another option can be to do a clean install of Avast Secure Browser.

Thank you
