New beta version 22.10.6035

Hi everyone,

there is a new beta version ready - 22.10.6035 (build 22.10.7581).

What was fixed
- Fixed an issue where the tray tooltip would render at incorrect position, not render at all, or stay on top of desktop and never disappear
- Internal changes related to Web Shield and Sensitive Data Shield

Just a reminder..  RC4 is still broken on PaleMoon as is having to "permanently install exception" for certificates in PaleMoon after every OS reboot.  No problems with Firefox (including beta) or Edge.
