Hard to say as you don't give much in the way of information !

What version number of avast premium security do you have ?
What Operating system and version number do you have ?
What other security based software do you have installed (firewall, etc.) ?

Has anything changed recently in the last few days (program update/s new programs, etc.) ?
Are you getting any errors or warnings displayed to the screen (a screenshot might help) ?

i'm on windows 10 home , version 21H2.
no other firewalls using .
all i can remember is that ccleaner had cleaned un useall things but not sure if this is the reason.
my ethernet says that i'm connected but i cant go online telling me i'm not connected.
i put of my avast premium for 10 min and i stay online but not so fast as usual.

Are you using the Avast Firewall in Avast Premium or the Windows 10 firewall ?

If using the Avast Firewall have you got it set as Home, Private/Trusted source ?
I don't use the Avast Firewall, so I'm unfamiliar with it.

I stopped using ccleaner many, many years ago (I never found it to make much difference, I don't have lots of cr4p on my systems), so I'm not sure if it has a means of reversing any changes made.
