Clean Master Ad after Scan

When I use Scan Now with Avast Mobile Security, there is an ad from Clean Master stating my phone has X number of viruses.  Why is this ad appearing on my Samsung Android phone?

I'd suggest removing Clean Master, it hasn't been updated since June 2020
