New beta version 22.10.6037

Hi everyone,

there is a new beta version ready - 22.10.6037 (build 22.10.7615).

What is new
Webshield detection dialog can be displayed directly in browser
- enabled for 50% of beta users
- supported for Firefox and Chrome

What was fixed
Email Shield internal changes

Known issues
Email Shield could block emails on Windows 11

No improvement in PaleMoon.  RC4 still broken, "permanently saved" certificates aren't sticky across OS reboots. FF and Edge work just fine (of course, RC4 isn't supported).
