WORST customer service EVER

SINCE SIGNING UP - I'VE BEEN BOMBARDED WITH SCREEN ACTIVITY THAT ASKS ME TO 'BUY THIS PRODUCT' WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

NOW I'M BEING TOLD THAT I CANNOT GET A REFUND -- I DON'T WANT YOUR CHEAP CRAP - I JUST WANT MY LAPTOP BACK AND SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH THAT UNDERSTANDS FRAUD AND BAIT AND SWITCH  >:(

Given as you have given zero detailed information it is going to be difficult for anyone to help.

I'm an Avast User not an Avast Team member, but I use Avast Antivirus Free not Avast One.
