Webcam Not Recognized

Hello  ;)

There is an error in the privacy module/webcam module. A rock color warning says “we didn't find any webcam to protectbut I have a 4K Logitech installed correctly. I already uninstalled Avast and installed it again and the warning continues, the same thing with the webcam... There is nothing to take the warning and make the Avast recognize the webcam.  :-\

I attached images to show the problem. I hope you helped identify the error and possible solutions.  ;)

Hi,

The screenshot you attached does not say much.
Is the webcam powered on?
If so, try removing the Webcam Shield component, Restart Windows and re-add the Webcam Shield component.

Hello

Yes. I even uninstalled Avast and installed it again and it didn't work! But it looks like the error is the persistent warning! Because if I go to the settings and change to strict(webcam module to ask for permissions) when I access an application that asks for access to the webcam, it gives the warning, that is, it seems that the module is working normally. Only the warning that seems to be stuck on the enable/disable option.

This is the screen that now has the purple warning fixed... :-\
