Phising email, link that turned some pages in foreign language

Hi,

Win10, edge browser. Turned some websites into foreign language (mostly just the navigation and where the change language option is.

I clicked the link, page didn't load and then pages were in foreign language.

The website also doesn't load without the username attached in the end of link. And can just be found on Bing. when searching the company name.

See attachment. Hope you can investigate. I'm investigating how to remove it manually, will update thread if I find anything and find the time. A bit occupied being a hero.
