CCleaner blocked | Accessing Edge login data | Genuine

My Avast Premium is detecting CCleaner as trying to access Edge login details, and is hence blocking CCleaner.

See the attached screenshots for more details on the versions and notifications.

Can you also upload the CCleaner file you have to virustotal.com and paste the results link here?
