False Positive - URL Phishing
« on: October 27, 2022, 08:21:06 AM »
Hello,

customers of our helpdesk SaaS (hxtps://app.supportbox.cz/) are getting false positive Phising info and our app is blocked. I tried to submit false positive form, but had no answer. We got tens of questions from our customers every hour and it is overloading our support.

I have checked all the sites:
- https://www.urlvoid.com/scan/app.supportbox.cz/
- https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=https:%2F%2Fapp.supportbox.cz%2F
- https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/a97d4e5a347ef58c25f10ead51d1d3ab337a95564223764faa2a61f78884c9ef

Have not found any problems. Please remove this false positive warning asap.

Thank you for your help.

Hi supportbox,

Just for the record,

In this respect your website is found not to be malicious, not to be suspicious, but less secure:
100% of the trackers on this site could be protecting you from NSA snooping. Tell app.supportbox.cz to fix it.

 All trackers
At least 3 third parties know you are on this webpage.

 -app.supportbox.cz
 -partneri.supportbox.cz
-fonts.gstatic.com Google

security headers were not set for x-xss-protection and  content-security-policy

On inline click script to podpora SupportBox I get this error

ReferenceError: bugsnag is not defined
