I would suggest that you remove your attached image and obscure your email address (as in my screenshot).

I haven't received an email.

EDIT my attachment removed.

You're welcome.

I honestly don't know as I haven't received any email.

I vet all of my email before they ever get to my email client (Thunderbird), I use MailWasher pro (a paid program).  That downloads a very small portion of the email for analysis (text based) against a number of anti-spam resources.  I can also view the header information showing its origin and any redirects etc., this should give an indication the the email is genuine or a spoof.

Only when I have approved a email does it get allowed, the remainder are deleted at server level.  The program then calls my email program and I can download the remainder.  I also don't allow 3rd party content in emails, images, etc. some of which can track that you have opened the email.  Only a few emails sources are trusted.

I also haven't received anything.
What version of Avast? Have you turned off the items in
personal privacy that could cause this mailing?

Hi Bob!

- 1: Thanks for your answer.
- 2: Free 2015.10.4.2233. This machine (I'm using for mails, too) has Windows 7 ultimate and the
'Search-Module & Virus-Chest' are coming automatically and I'm controlling it every day via 'defs'!
I deleted personal privacy. See my first post in this thread, please.
- 3: Personal privacy couldn't cause that mail, for the mail came before I wrote my first post
here! But if you want, I can change the attachment again. See my latest change in this attachment,
       please.
