New beta version 22.11.3260

Hi everyone,

there is a new beta version ready - 22.11.3260 (build 22.11.7701).

What was fixed
Fixed crash in IDP.
Fixed crash in AshCmd tool.
Improvements in secure DNS to lower the backend server load.
