Importing contact persons list from Whatsapp open in Avast browser

Hi,
I had to update the version my Cellular phone, and unfortunately, my contact list there was not backed up in Google in advance.
Now I have not yet installed Whatsapp in my (updated) cellphone yet.
I opened Whatsapp web in the Avast browser  in my home computer- it functions pretty well with all the contacts there so I can communicate but I think I'll lose all the contacts if I now install Whatsapp in my cellular again (or if I open Whatsapp web in another browser). And I need to have Whatsapp in my Cellphone.

How can I copy/transfer all the contacts from the Avast-Browser-Whatsapp-web to the cellphone or better, to my Google account?
