Next Decade?
« on: November 16, 2022, 08:27:40 AM »
Ok, who was the smart ass that put the option to restart in the "Next Decade" after an update?

If you guys can't take your job seriously, you are going to loose customers.
I still may be one of them.  I know that you don't care.

It's called a sense of humour :)

After what update - and where do you see this  ?
I don't see it on my tray icon options (I still have avast 22.10). This old option has been in avast for over 18 years that I have been using avast free.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

They're talking about how after you install an application update and when it asks to restart it gives you options to remind you to restart, and I think the options are something like in 15 minutes, an hour, a day, a week, and a decade or century. You can always manually restart anytime you want, and a PC restart is inevitable for things like Windows updates anyway.
