stopping avast not linked to your account pop up?



anyone, iv got paid version of avast prem security  suite.

iv stop the advertising,  but other things pop up last year, not all my paid version of my pcs, are popping up every day with the stupid pop up.

i dont want to link my account etc.....

i still want pop up if you find a virus, or it stops working, connect to  a new network etc,,,, just not that?

I use Avast Free so don't really have this issue, but I still have to register it and that is essentially linked to my avast account.

How is it (Avast) to know the product you have installed is a licensed paid product that you are using.  If you have a multi license product, the account is how it keeps track of the numbers.

A product can be tracked via the activation code.

When you register Avast you are given the choice of using an
activation code or an Avast account.

AVG is the same. I have always used an activation code.

Oddly, a day ago I got that very pop-up saying that my product
isn't linked to my account. It is the first and only time I have
had that message in 3 years of using AVG Internet Security.

Why it appeared now all of a sudden is a mystery.

Actually, the message I got MAY have said that my PC isn't linked to
my account. Pity I didn't take a screenshot of it.

The PC is the same one being used for the past year and a half
without anything having to be linked to an Avast account.

I use AVG Internet Security (paid), Avast Secureline VPN (paid),
and Avast Secure Browser (free).

i have 20 activation(not used them all,  it get annoying  (yes its paid) and it pop up on win7  old pc, notebooksm, win7, ein 8, win10, win11


i dont want to link it., every year i buy new licences, i dont paid to re activate...

anothing annowing thing, like saying my steam fold got a virus (steam itself), 2nd time in 9 years,

and it keeps poping up on utorrens program ( i think iv finally fix it,) bt the retore file, does not brink desktop shortcut, (i backit up every day)

and other thinks,  hiles that have been on the pc from xp, bo this year are getting warings n delets, even thoe all on manual to ask...
