Whitelisting account suspended -- how do I unsuspend?

We'd gotten access to the Avast whitelisting program about a year ago. We hadn't had a problem in some time, and in March, we received an email saying that our whitelisting account was suspended.

Here's the problem: I can't figure out how to request getting unsuspended, and specifically I can't figure out how to contact support via https://support.avast.com/en-ww

There's a blue "Contact Us" button at the bottom, but it then gives us four options:

1. Technical support for a free Avast product
2. Technical support for a paid Avast product
3. Refunds, cancellations, billing, payment, or license issues
4. Privacy request

We don't pay for Avast, so I have to select option 1. When I do, I find that I'm not even allowed to contact Avast; they just link me to the forum.

So, what do I do here? How do I get unsuspended? For that matter, how do I contact Avast technical support? Is the forum my only option?

I emailed whitelisting@avast.com and got a reply re-enabling us.
