It boggles my mind how some tech companies, that are very good in lots of ways. Make some parts of their service so hard to find the needed information. And parts totally unfriendly. I think the creators don't test this on non computer professionals.
1)Your VPN is good, I like it. I have the free trial, but I cannot see if paying for the premium gets me extra data. I have tried your help things...rubbish, it doesn't tell you.
2)You have telephone support for phonecalls in america but not an email address or a chat support? Strange
3) Fair enough, having to register on a forum to ask for help. But all that, then a TON of subforums and things to click in to try and find where to post AND THEN a load of strange letter verification things.
Rubbish!!! You seem great in lotss of ways too.
