Issue with activating sync

I get the error code below every time I try to turn on sync on Avast Secure Browser. I have already tried restarting my laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting password, and logging out of Avast One and logging back in.
Every time I click the "turn on sync" button, it takes me to a blank page and after 2 minutes it just has this message on the screen.
