Organization tested this Avast product and signed as Vulnerable. that means Avast is not safe?

No it doesn't - as the very report indicates that it has been fixed.

Meanwhile, TrendMicro, Avast and AVG have also released patches for their own products:

        TrendMicro Apex One: Hotfix 23573 & Patch_b11136
        Avast & AVG Antivirus: 22.10

So it was patched months ago.
