DRI*Avast Software suspicious charge

Hello,
Recently I've taken a look at my credit card transactions and I saw a transaction of $99.99 dollars from a transaction named "DRI.AVAST Software". But I've never used their services before. I do not even own any of their subscriptions/apps. How can I get a refund and why was I charged this?

How can I identify a charge from Avast on my billing statement?

Avast has partnered with established eCommerce providers that manage the online sales and distribution of our products and services.

The list below includes the different descriptors used by each of our authorized partners:

    Digital River:
        Digital River, Digital River Company, DigRiv Ireland Ltd, DRI, DRIAvast, DR*Avast

You must have (in the past) accepted a trial for an avast product with your bank details and forgotten to remove the Auto Renewal (it's checked by default and needs to be unchecked or cancelled.)

Yeah. I just got billed for something I don´t have! I have checked and I don´t have any accounts or anything. This is alot of money, which I don´t really have.

Twice they have taken money from my bank, without me having an account or having made a purchase from Avast, they are real rats,scammers

How would they get you bank details in order to achieve this ?
