Internet connection

Im using mobile hotspot on my PC. Internet connection is OK maybe for an hour or two,  then it cuts off and PC says "no internet, connected". Then i have to shut the hotspot from my phone and put it back on and then the internet connection is back. After this it's allways like a new connection; oneplus1 1, oneplus1 2, oneplus1 3... now it's oneplus1 32.
Im using Avast premium security and secureline VPN. 
I unistalled both for few days and problem was gone.
I just would like to use them because i've paid for them.
Any ideas?

Just a hunch. Check your Avast Firewall is set to Private.

I do not have Avast Firewall, but Avast provides guidance here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/Use-Antivirus-Firewall#pc
Scroll down to "Add trusted and untrusted networks" i.e. Private and Public networks.
