Avast does not help to deal with the virus

Hello, when I turned on my computer, a lot of all kinds of programs started working non-stop. I started Windows antivirus, it blocked one virus, but it didn't help, many programs still worked. I downloaded Avast Free Antivirus, but it still doesn't help. What is wrong..

Please post screenshots as attachment to your post. Some forum members do not wish to click on image website links.
Installing Avast after you are infected by viruses is too late for the Avast prevention shields to stop them.
You can run a full virus scan in Avast to see if that can detect and remove them.
I would also try a Malwarebytes manual scan to do the same thing, (but disable the Malwarebytes real-time functions to avoid conflicts between 2 real-time AV's).
