Some points you might want to consider:
Security issues reported here - https://en.internet.nl/site/dundasmodels.co.uk/1859549/
One other detection here - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/ab328aa3e63900b1e354ad9651be63d56123b4176f665a8419be5893f7ff03dd?nocache=1 - in the Details section it is reporting multiple redirects.
Webpage Security Score F outdated software and other security issues reported - https://snyk.io/test/website-scanner/?test=230106_AiDcWV_DKA&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=webpagetest&utm_campaign=website-scanner

You can use the - Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php.
You should get a response in a day or two.

Given the above it might be a good detection.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

The Google website IP has been reported twice recently:

Update: provided source is now unreachable.
