Avast scan detects malware, it says it can't be uninstalled as it's in the system partition so I should disable the offending app. I clicked resolve button which took me to an app called Android system but there's no disable option. Also can't find this app when I scroll the app list or anywhere else, only found Android system webview. Some of my other apps were showing as having bugs & wouldn't open for a while, they do now but I'm wary of this. I also did a scan via my phone's settings & a malware scan with another well known supplier who I'm still with & they both claim there's no malware, I'm guessing they didn't detect the rogue app? Anyway I'm even more flummoxed. Any ideas? Cheers.
Updated to say I've since run another Avast scan which now says there's no threats which I'm obviously happy about but still want to make sure cheers.
