I suggest that you change the topics Title - to what you are asking, "How do I get to my password list in Avast"

Publishing your email address in public is just asking for it to be harvested.

I don't use the Avast Passwords function, so I can't be of practical help.

EDIT: a google search returns this - https://support.avast.com/en-gb/product/Avast_Passwords/#pc - I hope it helps.
