Avast Driver Updater cannot update my PCI Express Root Complex

Avast Driver Updater cannot update my PCI Express Root Complex 
(Original version 10.0.19041.1949 by Microsoft, Driver Updater detected Version 2.0.0.100 by Intel)

When I try to update it, the Updater skip that particular driver. Even after I click "Do not skip" it would just skip it and act as if the driver is not updated.

Hi, the problem is a Windows internal "ranking error". Please skip this driver. Thank you!

Not sure what that means but Driver Updater doesn't show PCI Express Root Complex notification anymore, so thank you I guess.
