I am running win 10 (64) with thunderbird 102.6.1 (64-bit) and in the past 2 days keep getting a pop-up from ieee - I was a member. I contacted ieee and my account was deleted. A full scan did not find anything. I tried logging in and was rejected.
When this pop-up appears, there is an additional listing in task manager under thunderbird.
I find it extremely annoying to keep getting this pop-up.
I am also using comodo firewall.
I am also contacting tb and comcodo.
Any suggestions etc would be appreciated
I got a response from TB forum - delete ieee profile - did that and problem went away.
Avast should look into why avast free did not find problem.
