After PWP was buggy for quite some time (would not be enabled although activated within policy) Avast fixed it finally a few days/weeks ago.
First impression is that customers report that edge process is accessing the login data...
We implemented an exclusion for the edge process within password protection.
So far this issue only applies to edge.
I was not able to reproduce the issue...
Which brings me to the question: What good is this component for if it's asking/blocking access for the processes that it shall protect?
How are your experiences regarding this?
Update 31012023:
2 Customers reported the issue out of 83 so far.
Might also be related to the fact that mostly FF and Chrome is in use but this is an conclusion of mine which is not based on actuall facts.
