Win7 with Avast Free “Sorry,we've crashed” Can't run.

Sorry,we've crashed
 Try restarting your Antivirus.

Restarting Antivirus failed
Try restarting your computer.

Restarted computer is also crashed.
Install again is also.

 version:22.12.6044(22.12.7758.781)

2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.
Do like this, but it's not ok.

You say you run Avast Free, but the instructions you followed are for Avast Premium. Try Avast Clear and then a fresh install of Avast Free.
