I am developer of Micro Gesture, It is an Android accessibility service, yet it is recognized as a Trojan, which is causing a lot of trouble for my users. Please deal with it, Thanks.

You can use the - Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php.
You should get a response in a day or two.

As a developer you should also check this option - Avast Threat Labs - File whitelisting:  See https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/229/ and https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/228/
