Incorrect IP Address?

Hello,

I have two cell phones connected to my Avast account and one is reporting an incorrect ip address (in Florida) when doing Google searches in Safari. This phone has the vpn on. Interestingly, the other phone does not have the vpn on and the ip reports as being in Texas (correct). When the second phone has the vpn on, it usually reports as a different location in Texas, so I'm wondering why the first reports as Florida. Has it been compromised? Thank you for your help.
