IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2022.2.3 can not load after update

Today I updated my Avast Free Antivirus from v22.12 to 23.1.6049. After update IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2022.2.3 stop loading. I uninstalled Avast with provided unintstall tool and after that IntelliJ started without any problems.
My OS is Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit SP1.

Is there any way to revert Avast Free to previous version?

Yesterday in the evening I received definition update ver. 230228-2. With that update IntelliJ could load properly, but my wired LAN connection became undefined, so I was unable to connect to Internet and to my LAN. I wrote about my problem to support team.

This morning, after definition update to ver. 230228-4, my wired connection seems to work properly and IntelliJ IDEA also loads without problems.
