unable to enter new patment method

I have been unable to enter a new credit card for payments.  After entering info I get a pop up window that says "Sorry, there' been a glitch."  I've tried htree different days.  I have also rebooted my PC, with the same results.  Every time I go to customer support, all I get all I get are FAQ's, which don't address my problem.  I have not been able to find out how to talk to a live person.  Can anyone help?
