Minimum ADKSetup Windows 10 Version 1709 is used to create avast recuse disk
Please make sure you remove all the ADKInstaller and ADKWinPEAddon
If there is "Windows Kits" in Program Files (x86) that means you have another version of Windows 10 Assements and Deployment Tool
When you run the adksetup with another version, you might see an error popup which means you have another version install. If you run the adksetup same version install, the adksetup tell this adk feature is up to date.
If you failed on 46% creating recuse disk iso around like that, you need to uninstall the adksetup and adkwinpeaddon. If you don't have any adksetup install, you do not need to do anything and wait for avast to create Recuse Disk ISO.
The Default Windows Kits Installation Path is "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Windows Kits\10" is commonly use from adksetup win10 v1607 and above" This avast don't download the main setup and the msi installer won't react with the newer version adk msi installer.

Maybe better if that question was posted in Rescue Disk subforum here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=6.0

EDIT: OK I see you have also posted there, but no reply.
