Change subscription from Windows to Mac

Greetings,

I recently moved from a Windows device to Mac. I have an Avast One subscription on the Windows PC. However, I don't know how to activate the subscription on the Mac. I keep getting "Sorry, this activation code is for an unsupported product". See image below.

Does anyone know how to activate the subscription on a Mac?

You could try this -  Sales change order details wrong email address given, etc. - Submit a support ticket https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales in your case select the Billing, payment, or license issues option - and then the I have a different billing or license issue and click Next and follow.
