it's a uk govt website and i keep getting a privacy violation. huh?? talking to a non-tech savvy user here...

I don't get an Avast alert when trying to connect to the site.
However I do get a warning from Firefox (I have it set for HTTPS always connection), that is isn't able to connect, if I continue to move forward (rather than back) I get more security related warnings.  Ultimately I'm able to get to the site

If you are getting an Avast Alert window, can you attach a screenshot (see attached image 4, click to expand) of it with the Details option selected.
