I attempt to run Boot-Time Scan. Scan is selected, new definitions downloaded, and computer restarted to activate scan. During boot-up, the scan does not progress. The pop-up showing that it is starting continuously flashes that the scan is loading but it never runs. This is the second issue I have had. I cannot run a Full Scan. I cannot run a Boot-Time scan.
Hmmmm. My renewal is next month. Why should I renew my subscription to this service?
